Incidents
The queue of failures and deviations a person must look at: a missed shift, a failed import, a check-in that did not match its roster.
An incident is anything that needs a human decision. The system raises them; a manager works the queue. A roster deviation, a payment that failed, a feed that did not arrive: one list, one place to look.
