The lookup lists your business runs on: statuses, types, categories, each with its own values and ordering.
Every dropdown in the admin reads a reference list, and every reference list is editable. Adding an order status or a product category is a row, not a deployment.
The assistant reads the same lists, so it offers your values, not generic ones.
